❤️Meet Mryne

I grew up chubby and overweight. By the time I hit 29, I was fed up and decided to take action. After numerous diets, multiple rounds of painful belly shots to melt the fat, and three rounds of suffering through meningitis, I started working on mind control.

As a weight loss mentor and mindset coach, I have helped hundreds of women (and men) around the world learn how to love themselves first and begin their journey of losing weight. I have joined a community of others who are ready to help you succeed and shed your first five pounds within the first week.

When I'm not helping others get healthy, I can be found at home with my youngest and two fur babies, at the park training my new puppy tricks and commands, or at the trampoline park watching Jacob jump and interact with others.
